because i have a frightening amount of free time staring me in the face this week, and i need to fill it with something other than hours of watching Lifetime and playing Left 4 Dead -

-i will write a sentence/short paragraph for each character/prompt.

ETA: so yeah that went, well, as quickly as i could have hoped! but now i have nothing to do again, so if anyone wants to test their luck and suggest any other prompts that is quite alright. (annonymous posting is on too, if you want to post sekritly.)

of course i may just dump another meme here, once my deep desire to crawl under a blanket and sleep the day away is gone.

maybe i'll even work on something i'm supposed to - AHAHAHAHA, PROBABLY NOT.

Now back to a semblance of professional competency.

I love really long, convoluted sentences—my professors dock me for them all the time, and I don't care! With something like this, long generally = detailed and creative with beautiful imagery, which you have in spades.

My favorite is probably "Silk," just because it's sexy and awesome and has some great visuals (although IRL, silk sheets are not quite as sexy when you lose traction and slide clear off the bed...). They're all exceptionally well-done, though; thank you so much. :)

i am glad these were enjoyable, and not an "OH GOD WHERE IS THE *POINT* IN ALL OF THIS NEEDLESSLY COMPLEX SENTENCE STRUCTURE?" experience.

re: silk sheets - you know, i was writing this, and thought "Black silk? am i going to be that cheesy? would Raphael be that cheesy?"

the answer, of course, is YES.
