because i have a frightening amount of free time staring me in the face this week, and i need to fill it with something other than hours of watching Lifetime and playing Left 4 Dead -

ETA: so yeah that went, well, as quickly as i could have hoped! but now i have nothing to do again, so if anyone wants to test their luck and suggest any other prompts that is quite alright. (annonymous posting is on too, if you want to post sekritly.)

of course i may just dump another meme here, once my deep desire to crawl under a blanket and sleep the day away is gone.

maybe i'll even work on something i'm supposed to - AHAHAHAHA, PROBABLY NOT.

Nyamo only shrugs when Yukari gives her the picture - the two of them at Disneyland Tokyo, Mickey Mouse ears on their heads and huge, toothy grins on their faces; Yukari tries not to let it hurt her.

And it doesn't, once she sees the photo displayed promenatley on Nyamo's office desk.

I don't think I bought that much..." Yukari says, looking at her wallet worriedly. "Are you sure that's the right amount -"

"Oh, Yukari," Nyamo interrupts, "I added a couple things I needed to your cart - no problem, right?"

Yukari gapes at Nyamo in disbelief, and she can't help but giggle. "Turnabout is fair play, Yukari."

"Yukari, you need to get up now, or you'll never get to class on time!"

"inowanna," Yukari gurgles, and sinks deeper into her bed.

Nyamo crosses her arms, considers her options - then dives beneath the covers.

"Nyamo! What are you doing?

"Waking you up - by any means necessary," Nyamo said with a wicked smile.

"Whatever? Whatever?! That's all you can say? Yukari. You just totaled my car!

"Maybe it wouldn't have worked out this way," Nyamo says, spinning one of Yukari's dark curls around her finger. "What if I had said 'no?'"

Yukari snuggles closer to Nyamo. "Oh, I wasn't worried about that - I knew you'd say yes."

"How?"

"You've never refused me before."


heehee, that was pretty fun! dialog and humor are probably my biggest weaknesses, but this came quite easily.

i guess the Yukari/Nyamo love is just that powerful. XD

:D These are AMAZING! I lub these so much! <3 See what you can do when you branch out? lol But seriously, these are so damn awesome! It's true, Yukari/Nyamo is so powerful that they just flow out easily when you sit down to write them. Oh, and the time one reminds me of my first ever Azumanga fic. Your version is cuter though, I think. :D
