I told myself I shouldn't look at any Blazblue Chronophantasma news until the game came out. RESTRAINT ATTEMPT FAILED.

Izayoi/Tsubaki's 'true form'

The Imperator's Spell is broken and "Zero Weave Izayoi" awakens Tsubaki's true form. With the power of the Murakumo Unit's Prototype and in the pursuit of justice, she punishes all crime. From the darkness of the past that continues to turn its eyes away, she wields her sword in order to excel. And from that she seeks out "True Light".
I know this probably means that instead of being rescued, Tsubaki will be in even more danger--it sounds like the Izayoi has taken over Tsubaki's body, maybe? That seems to be the general consensus but Izayoi's profile is identical to Tsubaki's, including her likes and dislikes. Mu-12's profile had the same physical stats as Noel but her preferences were changed to indicate that she wasn't 'really' Noel. Of course, it's likely that Hazama/Terumi and/or Relius convince Tsubaki/Izayoi that THE WORLD IS FULL OF LIES RARRRGGHHH and she has to destroy everything to uncover the truth, since that's what happened to Noel/Mu-12.
So yeah, Tsubaki/Izayoi is probably way evil (or at least not on Sector Seven's side) but my theory is that Noel/Mu-12 mangages to break Izayoi's hold somehow, and then they joinsexy forces while still in their awesomely ridiculous Murakumo outfits and DESTROY EVIL FOREEEEVER!!! with their shiny lasers and space-time ripping swords.
But since that is unlikely I will settle for lots of opportunities for hate/guilty sex.
I also spent some time screencapping parts of the most recent Blazblue CP trailer. Most of the trailer shows new moves, I think, but towards the end a bunch of cutscene images are flashed in quick succession. While they're not clear due to an orgy of distortion effects, what can be seen is interesting, so I grabbed 'em anyway.
On a final note: Blazblue will be released in arcades by the end of November! EXCITING.
