Impulse buying

I cashed in the check I got from the doctor's office earlier this week, but I don't know what to do with it. I'm leaning towards making a big, unnecessary but fun purchase, but only one. I've been waffling between two wildly different things lately:

This HD-compatible capture card



OR a full sized Pullip Doll I have wanted for a really long time (I have lots of Little Pullip dolls because I am a huge dork):



I really can't decide which delightfully useless thing I want more. I could get both of them, with some money left over, but I don't want to use up pretty much all the extra cash right away. I mean, I could really use some not ancient summer clothing right about now.

Maybe I'll just buy a new bike instead of fixing my old one.

I agree - that screen cap things is pretty sweet. I'd never heard of it before, but I knew that people were doing something to get game vids on the internet. :P

Of course I don't know which item you should go for, but I think spending half, saving half is exactly what I would be doing too.
