whatevs even though i can't do like half the defensive moves at the right time or combos properly Arakune and Litchi Faye-Ling are totally awesome and i am going to loseloselose in this stupid game until i can USE THEM FOR GREAT JUSTICE.

it's funny, this is the first Blazblue game i've played and i knew nothing about it except for the things my friends were telling me, which was 'it's awesome and also way harder than Super Street Fighter IV' and i was like 'oh no i am terribad at SSF4 HOW HORRIBLE WILL THIS BE???' but like you said, the movelists aren't like super huge and combos aren't enormously strict on timing like in....say...Melty Blood or smth.

the # of escapes & special states & stuff is where i start losing it. X3 and! i'm ok with most of the voice acting but Bang's English VA gets really annoying b/c he says stuff like UKEMI! and AIR RECOVERY! all the time and i'm like, 'okay Bang i can see you did an air recovery YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INFORM ME OF THIS VERBALLY'

i prefer 3D fighters to 2D ones but Tekken is like the only one I've never gotten into :< SHAME~
