i used backdating for the following entries, so i don't think they show on people's 'Recent Friend's Entries' pages, but if they do, um, sorry for the flood of mediocrity. =D;;

Storm-Racked, an FFVI Terra-centric drabble previously posted at ff_fortnightly;
The Darkness we Keep, Soulcalibur, a...NC-17 Raphael/Siegfried drabble that is both pretentious and PWPlicious, which is...quite...awful? (seriously, aside from myself, i do not know who the audience is for this kind of thing X3 );
A gulf, Soulcalibur, a short but not sweet stab at Siegfried's childhood.

the last one i'm a bit apprehensive about - more so than i usually am, anyway. i posted Storm-Racked awhile ago, and Darkness - well, i write R/S for myself, so 'audience of one' is something i expect. (i think i'm more afraid of people actually reading it, to be honest...and i can't quite pinpoint why.) But, A gulf...I wonder if a drabble was the right way to explore a character's childhood. like - i think the idea might require more elaboration. i don't know if it makes enough sense to anyone who is not me. :|

-i am THISCLOSE to writing Left 4 Dead fic. why, in nearly every fandom i've participated in, does no one seem to write about my favorite characters and/or pairings? :(

-ff.net tells me my average words per story is 2,221, and one of my fics has exactly 999 hits. both of these things are...bothersome.
