fanfic: Six of Cups [Soulcalibur]

i've had this idea banging around in my head for awhile now, but i only started writing about it in the past week. :p basically - i suffer from a dearth of ideas, and i find prompts useful in fixing this. i've also wanted to do some kind of writing/artwork using the tarot deck as theme for a long time - i've considered this for various other fandoms, but i have never applied the idea until now.

so: here is the first in a collection of one-shots inspired by both the Major and Minor Arcana tarot decks. i have no number in mind as far as how many i'll write. i don't plan on doing the entire deck - i'm just hoping for some inspiration to hit on a semi-regular basis. :p

NB: Sarya is mentioned briefly in Hilde's profile - she's the one who tells Hilde of Siegfried's plans, and gives her a necklace. she's also in Siegfried's profile, but only briefly, and isn't named (she's one of the people Siegfried refuses in his dream).
