Inspired by the Anime/manga/manhwa/manhua drabblefest, here is the

3 WEEKS FOR DW VIDEO GAME DRABBLEFEST!

Directions:

1. Post prompts in the comments! You can reply as anon or with your user name/OpenID. The prompt format is:

Fandom/Game, Character(s)/Pairings, Prompt

Prompts can be of any rating :)

If your prompt has spoilers (you want to read something that takes place after a major plot development, for example) please put SPOILERS and the game/fandom name in the subject line.

You can post as many prompts as you'd like, but please only post one prompt per comment.

2. Answer prompts with drabbles! Fills can be done anonymously or not, as well. You can choose to fill prompts with 100 word drabbles or a 200 word 'double' drabble.

When filling a prompt, use the following format:

Subject line: FILLED, NSFW (if applicable), SPOILERS (if applicable), Title (if applicable)

If your fill is NSFW or has spoilers, please leave at least three lines of blank space before your drabble.

Prompts can be filled multiple times, so even if something already has a fill, don't let it keep you from writing. You can also fill your own prompts if you'd like. :)

The drabblefest will run from April 30th to May 21st (since it's gotten off to a late start ;) As it is inspired by three_weeks_for_dw, I humbly request that you refrain from archiving or crossposting your fills to other sites (LJ, AO3, Tumblr, etc.) until the fest is over. Linking to the main post for promotional purposes is okay, though. ;D

FILLED -- Third Wheel

Tsubaki didn't stare, as a rule, ut she was willing to make exceptions in special circumstances.

"What on earth," she said, trying to keep her voice even. She wasn't angry, per se, and didn't want Noel to think she was. The girl could be so vulnerable sometimes -- so easy to hurt by disapproval, or a thoughtless cutting remark.

"Oh," Noel said, sitting up and biting her lip. "I didn't think you'd be home so soon."

"There's a gun in my bed," Tsubaki said. Noel blushed.

"Yes, um, I can totally explain --"

"There's a gun in my bed that's bigger than my arm."

Noel ran her fingers along the enormous barrel and smiled fondly. "This is my guardian angel, Bolverk" she said, as though introducing a beloved pet dog. "I had my father ship them here, and they finally arrived!"

Of course, rumor had told Tsubaki that her new roommate possessed an unusual Armagus. Hearing and actually seeing, Tsubaki thought, were definitely different.

"Are you going to move it out of my bed?" she asked. Noel hefted the huge firearm with stunning ease, and to Tsubaki's surprise, withdrew a second gun from under a blanket, the exact twin of the first.

"Yeah, I just...I'm used to sleeping with them, you know? Helps me feel safe at night, in the dark." Noel looked up at Tsubaki, her eyes wide and so very like a child's. "Is that weird?"

"No," Tsubaki said, a hint of a smile crossing her lips. "I'll just get used to having a third roommate."
