WOW. brutal week, but the difficult part is finished. Saturday is a ~day off and if the weather is still nice it's BIKE RIDING and DOG WALKING and TOO MUCH SODA for me! (i am lifting my soda ban temporarily because it's been that kind of week.)
ANYWAY
i am feeling like a QUESTION WAR today! i did one like a bajillion years ago and now feels like a good time to recycle it.

uuuugggghhh i don't think i could ever enjoy baby octopus. they're just...so soft and squishy and...sea-flavored. eeeeee
As for bad reviews...if you mean where the author can see it? no - i really don't have the heart to crush people's fic-egos, and besides, if i really dislike a fic, it's usually beyond hope and the author comes across as a total douche so i feel there's no point in leaving feedback.
that said, i have no qualms bitching about bad fic behind flocked journal entries, or posting about some of the more severe offenders in the appropriate communities. (first link is NSFW) i guess i'm a pretty huge jerk :c
soooo...have you ever had a really awkward exchange over fandom related things? Like - times where you are happily fansqueeing with someone, and then SUDDENLY, TOO MUCH INFORMATION like you find out they secretly love guro or something that just makes you go "errr....imma leave now"?

as for your question: most definitely Dead or Alive. naturally, when the source material is a series most famous for the measurements of its female cast and its cheesecake volleyball simulation game, you can't expect much from the resulting fan output. there are a few gems - there are in any fandom, i think - but for the most part it's really mediocre softcore porn.
mega-late question: do you have facebook, and would you be totally weirded out if i added you? ^___^;;;
i don't really talk fannish things on FB if you are worried about that /stalker
