President Barack Obama is coming to my state for a health care town meeting.

been thinking about going - my workplace already has a group heading to Portsmouth for this, though I'm not sure they have enough tickets. it might be too late to get one at this point.

even if i can't obtain a ticket, i'd like to go anyway - there have been so many protests and counter-protests and general insanity surrounding these health care town halls that a part of me is more interested in the inevitable circus of Birthers, closet racists, Palin-fanatics, and political conspiracy theorists that will appear on the streets than the actual meeting.

especially since NH has a habit of nurturing crazy fringe groups. i mean, 9% of us voted for Ron Paul. Ron Paul!
