Last night my Chingling finally evolved! Now instead of a cute little baby bell that tickles you for damage and dies when you breathe on it, I have a cute, slightly larger bell that can hurt you and...still dies when you breathe on it. BUT it can bravely sacrifice itself to heal the pokemon I throw in to avenge Chimecho's brutal...fainting. Also, Safeguard is pretty sweet. Thanks, kotetsu and jack_of_none! And no thanks to Nintendo for making Affection and Friendship different stats. >:[

I've decide that this year is going to be the one where I try to at least start, and play for a significant amount of, all of the games in my backlog. I am mostly doing this in attempt to curb my spending as far as video gaming is concerned, and combat my somewhat irrational next-gen hype. I keep telling myself that nothing good came from being a launch-date Xbox 360 owner, but there's still a part of me that wants to spend ALL the money on a PS4 and...and I have no idea what I'd actually get that's currently out.

Also, it's generally a good idea to use the things you buy. DERP.

I will probably forget about this project as I forget all projects I begin, but frankly, even starting one game I've overlooked will be something of a win.

Maybe start with FFXIII-2; it's not a super long game (well, for a FF-style RPG), and while the plot is very. Um. I'm not sure how to describe it really, it shouldn't take you long to decide whether you can deal with it or hates it like burning, precioussss.

Plants vs Zombies is pretty easy to just play a level or two when you have a free minute, if that sort of thing appeals to you/fits better with your schedule.

Don't know enough about the other ones to have much of an opinion, sorry. ^^;;

*-* Finish Dishonored! I dig that game so much and if not for my dumb cat messing up my laptop I'd have finished it myself by now. *headdesk*

Though it wouldn't hurt to put some progress into Final Fantasy Tactics as that game takes FOREVER (in my experience at least). Also, Outlast is great if you have a need of freak outs and running fast and hiding from things that really want to kill you. x.x (I think I may just be a wuss though. xD )

I vote FF 13-2 personally. It has Chocolina!

I did enjoy the FFXIII-2 demo...

As far as the story, I uh, kind of looked up spoilers beforehand so I kinda-sorta have an idea of how, um, interesting it gets. But I managed to survive The 3rd Birthday, so I should be able to tolerate FFXIII-2. XD

Haha, one day I'll play The 3rd Birthday! I own it, after all. Just have to play PE2 first, haven't got my hands on that one yet.

I really loved what I did play of Dishonored--right now it's a toss-up between finishing Dishonored or starting FFXIII-2. I'm sorry to hear your cat messed up your laptop :(

I played the hell out of FFT when it was released on the PSX, and I think that may have dampened my enthusiasm for the re-release. I really want to see the new translation and it was/is a fantastic strategy game but you're right...it's a HUGE timesink.

I'm a total wuss when it comes to scary games, even though I like them. I thought the trailer for Outlast was sooooo creepy, I wanted to try it but I've also been too much of a scaredy-cat to start it.

Heh, I know a lot of people have said Chocolina's design is really silly, but I kind of like it? I'm a sucker for sparkly, outrageous outfits. XD

Plus it would be a good idea to finish FFXIII-2 before Lightning Returns comes out.
