Can't say I've ever eaten food that could be classed as strange or exotic, except for black pudding (which is made from all the bits of an animal you don't eat, including the blood). I quite like black pudding.
I once went to an Indian restaurant where there was a 'special' menu for 'something different.' when I asked what was special, I was told that the various dishes featured various cow or sheep organ meat, including the brain and also the hoofs. Now I quite like hock, but hmmm, mostly it was the brain and the hooves that turned me off. If I ate it, and liked it, and then you told me what it was, I'd probably ask for it again regardless.

Hmmm, so what does it taste like?
